Our existing manufacturing system has been designed for fast turn-around of small production runs. This means we have the equipment to build most parts in-house and are not controlled by vendor schedules. We also have highly skilled machinists, welders and technicians with many years of experience building one-off custom equipment.

Some of our key manufacturing equipment includes:

  • 40' CNC plasma & oxy-fuel table for cutting from sheet metal to 4" plate
  • Large stock of Domex high strength steel in various thicknesses
  • Two boring mills for precision drilling of multiple holes instead of costly and time consuming fixtures.
  • 175 ton 12 foot brake press with various tooling.
  • Multiple milling machines and lathes including a 36x240 lathe for making telescopic cylinders
  • Wet coat painting system and extensive experience with all types of paints.
  • Multiple welding stations and processes for joining all types of metals including steel, aluminum and stainless.
