SAFETY SYSTEMS DEVELOPED WITH AEROSPACE COMPANY |

A premier aerospace company contacted us a year ago about
developing enhanced safety systems for scissor lifts used in paint,
prep and maintenance. The requirements were as follows:
A touch sensitive padded railing system was developed that automatically stops movement when encountering contact. The system covers the following locations:
As a final test our President lends his hand to check the
full speed raise into a beam. The Project Engineer kept his job and was
actually given a raise!

With the need for increased productivity and platform load
carrying capabilities, our
Quad Lifter product
offers up to 3000# platform capacity, which is unmatched in the industry. To
safely lift these heavy loads, we developed our own load sensing system that
is unaffected by platform load position or angular rotation. Our High
Capacity lifts incorporate this safety system along with boom length and
angle sensors which will automatically stop any motion that would cause a
potential unsafe situation.
