MLE EXPANDS IT'S LINE OF PEDESTAL MOUNTED BOOMS |

The PM25 expands the existing line of pedestal mounted boom. The PM25 replaces extension ladders and scaffolding required in cellular assembly, painting and sensitive and hazardous environments. The replacement of the extension ladders and scaffolding speed production minimizes risk to men and machinery and complies with current OSHA safety requirements. The PM25 is a pedestal mounted Boom with 25 foot platform height and 23 feet of side reach. The unit is powered by a 5 HP power unit with 230/480 3 Phase power (Other power requirements available) It has the capability of 360 Deg Non-continuous rotation. (Continuous rotation optional) Options available for the PM25 are Hazardous environment package Class 1 Div 1 Group G or Class 1 Div 2 Group G. Other Option include Bump detection with dump valve. Air or Electrical and other services to the platform sing pads. |

MLE DEVELOPS GENIE Z60/34 BATTERY POWERED PACKAGE |

MLE was recently contacted by a prominent Aerospace company that develops
space and satellite systems. The problem was their existing Diesel Powered
Genie lift which emitted diesel exhaust was a problem for their intricate
aerospace components. The Engine was removed and replaced with a 48V DC
Electric motor. All the controls operate exactly as original. A large 650
Amp-hour battery was also installed to provide extended operation.
This is a typical "Electric Package" that we provide for modifying existing combustion engine powered lifts for Clean Room applications. |
