An aircraft manufacturer recently requested a method to provide
significantly more battery life for multi-shift operation during their
painting process. MLE responded with the High Capacity
420Amp-Hour battery option that almost doubles the life of the current
machine. A convenient location at the back of the lift provides ease of
maintenance. A 40amp charger was also installed to provide the powerful
quick-charge capacity.

MLE recently hired Frank Flores (right) as a Senior Electrical Controls Engineer. Frank has a BS in Electrical Engineering and comes with extensive controls experience. Paul Pezewski (left), a 30 year veteran of Aerial and Crane systems design will work with Frank and focus on Hydraulic Systems Engineering MLE Engineers have also recently received their Saur-Danfoss Plus1 Certified Developer Certificate. The Sauer-Danfoss Plus1 control system is the most versatile and rugged control system available today for mobile hydraulic systems. The ability to use off-the-shelf controllers to quickly develop control systems will provide us the capability to respond quicker to market demands and provide the best available system from a quality and reliability standpoint. |
