Then they needed a 6' X 10' platform to comfortably hold 4 people with materials (guardrails removed).

They also needed to work at heights so the fall arrest system was developed.... See Test Video

Then they needed the dog-leg boom tip with 45° of platform down-angle to reach over berms and into trenches to pull up large containers of hazardous material.

CUSTOM MACHINERY CART FOR AIRCRAFT MEDIA BLASTING
A major aircraft rebuilding depot needed a self-propelled machinery cart for positioning their robotic table and blasting head under the aircraft.   The following features were critical for precise positioning and operation:
  • Proportional Drive and Lift Functions
  • 4 Wheel Steering  Including 90° Crab
  • 3' Lower to 26' Raised Deck Position
  • Remote Pendant Control
  • Auto-Leveling Outriggers
  • Class II, Division II Hazardous Env'

An underbelly unit was also required to get the low position of the aircraft.
