MLE worked closely with switchgear specialists Line Power who conceived the concept and needed our boom and control system expertise to pull the package together. MLE designed and manufactured the boom assembly, Honda power unit, electric and hydraulic control system as well as the stabilizers and delivered as a complete package for assembly on the trailer.

A70TDi

MLE's A70TDi is the tree trimmers dream machine packed with features that no one can meet. It provides tree trimmers with a new level of confidence when trimming around power lines. Its tracks are individually controlled "on the fly" so when maneuvering uneven terrain the machine can be leveled to maintain stability. The tracks can also be retracted to provide a minimum machine width of 34.5" for access through backyard gates and doors. The tracks also provide for low ground contact pressure to minimize grass damage and are non-marking so navigating around pools and concrete structures does not leave marks.

T35Ni

The T35Ni is a very compact boomlift allowing for access to tight areas. The manlift features zero tail swing, a 6ft fiberglass insulated boom, extra large platform and a capacity of 650 lbs.

A45i

The A45i provides an ANSI Category C 46kV rating and comes standard with a 6 ft fiberglass boom and platform. It can be provided with turf tires for use as a tree trimming machine running on grass and golf course environments.

TZ50i

The TZ50i is a custom made insulated manlift made for electrical contractors, utilities and plant maintenance. The trailer mounted manlift provides a 46kV ANSI Class C rating and features a 6 ft fiberglass jib, non-conductive hydraulic hoses and radio remote control.
