model Z30/22 was modified for operation on rails. Specialized wheels were
custom made along with rail couplers and unique drive system components. The
machine can be operated just like the wheeled versions including driving
when elevated. |

The TL50
was developed for use on a stage at the worlds largest casino. It includes
the following:

Extensive Finite Element Analysis was performed to develop the lightest
structure possible yet guard against structural failure and local buckling. |

The TL34 was custom designed
specifically for doing masonry repair in a steel mill exhaust tower. The
guard rails can be opened for loading 2500# pallets of masonry brick using a
forklift. The controls have a protective cover to withstand falling debris.

The AL4026 was developed for maintaining an Ore
Dock for rail cars that loaded ore into ships. The dock had many pulleys and
counterweights that would control shoots for offloading the ore onto the
ships. The critical design requirements include the need to operate down a
100 yard isle way that was 8 feet wide yet rotate the platform and raise up
20 feet before extending out over a lattice structure of beams and columns.
The up-and-over requirements exceeded any articulating boom design currently
available. The lift structure consisted of 2 separate 3 stage boom
assemblies. |
